She understands the entire life cycle of data-driven research, from designing statistically relevant questionnaires, to cleaning and de-duplicating data, to reporting key findings. Her formal training includes several IBM SPSS software offerings such as Quancept, Quantum, Verbastat, and SPSS for Windows, Microtab, and moderator certification by the Burke Institute. She graduated from Albright College, summa cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Finance.
