Jen is a Senior Vice President at GBH Insights. She has extensive qualitative and quantitative research experience, both domestic and global, across various industries including FMCG/CPG, Pharmaceutical, Financial Services, Spirits, Tobacco, Retail, eCommerce, and Automotive. Jen has experience designing custom market research solutions around specific client issues and questions. While she has a big passion for brand equity, strategic brand management, ad and brand communications and tracking, she also has a depth of expertise in other custom methodologies including A&U, Segmentation, Choice Modeling, Product Testing, Concept Testing, and CSAT, among others.
Jen also has proven success leading highly efficient and happy(!) teams and has a true passion for developing talent in the Market Research Industry.
Prior to joining GBH Insights, Jen held positions with Millward Brown, Ipsos, Added Value, Lieberman Research Worldwide (LRW), and Ocean Media. Jen holds both a BA and MA in Anthropology from Arizona State University and University of Colorado, respectively. She absolutely loves living in NYC and raising her 6-year old daughter, Daniella, to be a true New York City kid!
