Scott is an innovative leader with broad digital marketing experience and a history of building customer-driven solutions. Prior to joining GBH, Scott worked at Sony, where he managed content and analytics on an e-commerce and rewards platform. In that role, he developed and led all phases of multiple large-scale digital projects. These projects created sustainable capabilities for the organization, improved customer experience, and increased engagement, loyalty, and conversions. Scott has served in a number of additional roles as a marketing and technical consultant in a wide range of functions and industries. In each of these, a common thread is his focus on driving measurable results and a great customer experience.
