Tom was formerly the Managing Director of Gradient, which he started to help organizations make better decisions through advanced quantitative techniques. He's worked with companies ranging from small startups to worldwide brands such as Nike and Esteé Lauder. He has an MBA from Wharton, a master's in Economics from the London School of Economics, and studied math in undergrad at Pomona College. Prior to Gradient, Tom worked as a commodities trader and led analytics teams building econometric models. In his spare time, Tom loves photography - mostly because it ensures he is behind the camera.
