Rob is Senior Vice President at GBH Insights, based in Chicago. He is responsible for leading cross-functional teams comprised of customer insights and data analytics professionals, industry experts and leading academics to work with global brands to solve some of their most challenging marketing and strategy opportunities.
Rob was most recently Senior Vice President and Sector Lead for CPG & Financial Services at Ipsos Understanding Unlimited. Prior to Ipsos, he was Executive Vice President at GfK North America, where he led Innovation and Qualitative practices. He managed a team of highly skilled consultants and practitioners who executed research across a diverse range of categories and target audiences, driving business development and leading strategic client engagements.
Rob’s client list spans nearly every category and industry, including leading companies like Capital One, Verizon, Gillette, Altria, IBM, Microsoft, Oscar Mayer, MillerCoors, Wal-Mart, AT&T, Citibank and NRG/Reliant.
He holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.A. in Communications from the University of Texas at Austin.
